COPENHAGEN - The Clean Clothes Campaign (CCC) is calling on "conscious citizens" to disrupt the Copenhagen Fashion Summit by refocusing the event on what it describes as the deepening crisis facing garment workers.

The CCC has produced an online CFS+ magazine concentrating on the supply chain stories which it says have been left out of the official programme for the event which bills itself as the "leading business event on sustainability in fashion".

Christie Miedema, of the Clean Clothes Campaign, urged protesters to take advantage of an H&M executive’s participation in an 'Impact Conversations' panel by using the event to urge the company to sign up to a wage assurance for its supply chain workers.
