HONG KONG – The Crystal Group has joined the United Nations’ Fashion Charter for Climate Action committing the company to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050 and a 30 per cent reduction by 2030.

The company joins a growing number of industry stakeholders to align with the Charter, as it looks to turn the tide on fashion’s vast environmental impact.

“It is time for the fashion industry to step up climate actions collaboratively aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement,” said Crystal’s general manager of corporate quality and sustainability, Catherine Chiu.
