LONDON – Luxury fashion brand Alexander McQueen has, for the second time, pledged deadstock fabric donations across the UK in a bid to support fashion educational projects.

The company introduced its donations scheme in 2019, distributing surplus materials to universities and other educational institutes across the country.

Creative director Sarah Burton has now said: “When times are so much more difficult for young creative people, taking action to share our resources and open our eyes to opportunities has become a central-house commitment at Alexander McQueen, which we all take very seriously.”
