New C2C Certified Product Standard launched

OAKLAND – The Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute has released the fourth version of its Cradle to Cradle Certified Product Standard which it claims is its most ambitious to date.

The institute will begin accepting new applications to certify safe, circular and responsibly-made products to Cradle to Cradle Certified Version 4.0 in July this year.

Institute president and CEO Peter Templeton said: “Cradle to Cradle Certified has long been regarded as the most trusted and advanced science-based standard for designing and manufacturing products that maximise health and wellbeing for people and our planet.
