MANCHESTER – Fast fashion brand Boohoo has published a list of its UK manufacturers, which it’s cut down to just 78 companies in line with the recommendations of Alison Levitt QC’s report into the company.

As was advised by Levitt – who was commissioned by the brand to investigate its supply chain in the aftermath of the Leicester scandal – Boohoo has managed to whittle down its supplier base substantially in just six months and is now actively eradicating sub-contracting.

Sir Brian Leveson, who was appointed to oversee Boohoo’s ‘Agenda for Change’ programme, has also published his second report into the company and says: “It is clear that few, if any, companies undertaking due diligence of their supply chains have gone to the lengths undertaken by Boohoo, for which it deserves credit.”
