YORK – Authorities in the English city of York are contemplating new recycling measures which could see the introduction of a textile collection service.
It’s just one of three options the council is pondering, following proposals from the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) which set out to “work towards a more resource efficient economy”.
