MANCHESTER - Last June, fast fashion brand Boohoo became embroiled in allegations of supply chain exploitation, as sites in the city of Leicester - a manufacturing hub for the company - were found to be operating with little consideration of COVID-19 guidelines, whilst workers were paid far less than the country's minimum wage.

The company soon after vowed to right its wrongs, and has since made notable progress in line with its 'Agenda for Change' programme, appointing key personnel to drive transformative changes at the firm. Here, we speak with Andrew Reaney, Boohoo's first responsible sourcing director, about his role and the manner in which the brand is looking to bounce back.
