PHNOM PENH - Cambodia has started vaccinating garment and textile workers in a bid to innocculate half a million of them by the end of June and help jump-start a post-pandemic recovery.

The country had one of the lowest incidences of COVID-19 but an outbreak that started in late February has led to 22 deaths and a five-fold increase in total cases to 2,915.
