BERLIN - European online retailer Zalando has published a new report in which it considers how best to close the gap between the attitudes and behaviours of fashion consumers on sustainability.
Entitled 'It Takes Two: How the Industry and Consumers Can Close the Sustainability ‘Attitude-Behavior Gap’ in Fashion', the report aims to share insights and makes a series of recommendations.
Zalando says it has used the findings to launch a new service on its website which allows customers to search for fashion according to the sustainability values they most care about.
