PARIS – French fashion giant LVMH, which owns the likes of Stella McCartney, Givenchy and Christian Dior, has launched Nona Source, a new platform enabling companies and designers to purchase deadstock fabrics.

The website, which will one day reportedly sell enough fabric to manufacture more than 75,000 garments, will provide visuals of its offerings as well as a “sensory experience” to help customers identify with fabrics.

It aligns with LVMH’s ambitions of supporting the circular economy, as it will look to offset its waste production by selling premium materials for discounted prices.
