PETAH TIKVA – Israeli innovator Twine Solutions has raised US$28 million in an investment round aimed at accelerating the expansion of what it describes as the world’s first on-demand digital thread dyeing system.
Twine Solutions says its TS-1800 system enables its clients to meet their sustainability goals by dyeing only what threads they need in a waterless process which reduces waste.
Launched in 2015 by twin brothers, Alon and Erez Moshe, Twine Solutions digitally dyes raw or off-the-shelf, white polyester thread in any colour and length for immediate use in sewing, knitting and embroidery.
