AMSTERDAM – The Dutch Agreement on Sustainable Garments and Textile (AGT) has published its latest annual report, which highlights that progress has been made by signatories despite the effects of COVID-19.
The AGT brings together companies, trade associations, unions, NGOs and the government with the aim of promoting responsible business conduct in clothing and textile supply chains.
The initiative’s latest data suggests that companies aligned under the framework are still making strides to establish safer working environments, increase transparency and adopt more ‘sustainable’ materials.
