PARIS – Fashion giant LVMH, which owns the likes of Louis Vuitton, Stella McCartney and Christian Dior, has announced a partnership with textile recycling start-up Weturn.

Weturn facilitates the recycling of unsold textiles, rolls of fabric and offcuts, helping brands close the loop and adopt more sustainable manufacturing practices.

Hélène Valade, LVMH’s environment development group director, said: “This partnership allows us to take a new step towards achieving our ambition in the field of creative circularity, which is one of the four strategic priorities of Life 360, our environmental policy for the next 10 years.”
