WASHINGTON – Outerwear brand Eddie Bauer is to launch its first rental programme in a bid to promote circularity and make its technical apparel more accessible.
The brand will make the service available across the United States, with garments marketed at a fraction of their usual price.
Damien Huang, CEO of Eddie Bauer, said: “Through our first rental programme, we hope to reach even more people, offering them the gear, apparel, and resources they need to get outside—whether it's a hike in their local state park or a backpacking trip they've been planning all year.”
