LONDON – The Mills Fabrica global platform for sustainable and social innovation in apparel and textiles has opened its latest hub in London.
A three-storey Victorian warehouse, encompassing 11,383 sq ft of space, the facility will serve as a start-up incubator and investment platform, offering high-spec labs, a retail space and cafe which will both open to the general public.
Vanessa Cheung, the firm’s founder, said: “I can’t be more thrilled that the second outpost of The Mills Fabrica in London is a reality. It could not have happened without all the support and guidance from our partners and community from all around the world. We’re confident that having a hub in London’s King’s Cross can only catalyse our mission to drive a resilient and positive future with an ecosystem of innovators, collaborators and passionate souls.”
