MANCHESTER - Fast fashion giant Boohoo has appointed sustainability expert Kirsty Britz as a non-executive director to bring expertise on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues to the board.

Britz, director of sustainable banking at NatWest and an independent member of the professional standards committee at HMRC, will also join Boohoo's audit and risk committees.

Boohoo group executive chairman Mahmud Kamani commented: “I am delighted to welcome Kirsty to the board and look forward to the contribution she will bring.
