KELHEIM – Viscose manufacturer Kelheim Fibres has signed a letter of intent to enter a long-term commercial collaboration with Swedish recycling innovator Renewcell.
The pair say this partnership will add “the crucial missing link for a circular economy for textiles in Europe”.
Together, the two companies will work on developing commercial scale production of high-quality viscose fibres from up to 10,000 tonnes of Renewcell’s Circulose material annually.
