LIVERPOOL – Fashion e-tailer the Very Group has partnered with Spanish fabric dyeing innovator Jeanologia to improve the sustainability credentials of its V by Very denim collection.

The collaboration will require Very denim suppliers to use Jeanologia’s environmental impact (EIM) platform, which is said to monitor the effects of garment finishing processes in an efficient and economically viable way.

“By 2025, we want at least three quarters of the raw materials used in our own brand ranges to be sustainable and working with Jeanologia is an important step towards that goal. We still have a long way to go, but we’re proud of the progress we’ve made so far,” said Emma Alexander, the Very Group’s fashion director.
