STOCKHOLM — Swedish fashion brand Björn Borg has entered into a partnership with Swedish clean tech company We aRe SpinDye (WRSD) to make use of its resource-efficient dyeing process.
WRSD's dyeing process involves melting colour pigments and recycled polyester together, prior to extrusion, to create coloured yarns without the use of water.
The two companies said they had agreed on a plan for the implementation of WRSD’s technology which laid the foundation for a possible long term collaboration.
