DHAKA – The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) has signed an agreement with online healthcare provider Digital Hospital which will offer ready-made garment (RMG) workers quick access to medical services.
BGMEA president Faruque Hassan confirmed the deal yesterday, as Digital Hospital bosses visited the association’s office in Gulshan.
The initial aim is to onboard 100,000 workers in key manufacturing hubs within Bangladesh, before expanding across the country.
