SKELTON - Textile manufacturer Texon's cellulose leather alternative Texon Vogue has been certified as free of animal products by the Vegan Society.

Texon Vogue, which can now carry the Vegan Trademark, is a washable, cellulose-based material used to create products including bags, accessories and jeans labels.

The certification assures consumers that the production of the material does not involve the use of any animal product, by-product or derivative, or any animal testing.
