PARIS – French fashion giant LVMH has brought together its watch brand Zenith and its deadstock resale service Nona Source in a partnership that will see pre-consumer fabric waste used in new watch straps.
LVMH launched Nona Source last April, establishing a marketplace through which brands and designers could purchase deadstock luxury fabrics rather than allowing the materials to go to waste.
These fabrics, including cotton, silk, denim and a polyester-viscose canvas, will first be utilised in Zenith’s upcoming collection.
