SAN FRANCISCO - The PVH Foundation - the philanthropic arm of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein owner PVH Corp - has joined the Apparel Impact Institute's (Aii) US$250M Fashion Climate Fund.

It comes on board as a lead funder, joining Lululemon, H&M, H&M Foundation, and the Schmidt Family Foundation with each committing US$10 million to the project to drive collective action to tackle fashion's supply chain emissions.

The Fashion Climate Fund aims to leverage industry and philanthropic funds to help transition the industry to renewable electricity, improve energy efficiency, eliminate coal power, scale sustainable materials and practices, and accelerate next-generation materials.
