STOCKHOLM – Swedish fashion giant H&M has launched a ‘circular’ jacket and pair of trousers made from textile innovator Infinited Fiber Company’s (IFC) ‘Infinna’ fibre.

The launch follows in the footsteps of sportswear firm Adidas, a brand partner in the Infinited Fiber Company-led New Cotton Project, which recently introduced its own ‘circular’ garments.

Both brands, which are part of a circular ecosystem comprising collectors, sorters and recyclers, will have their items displayed in Fashion for Good’s (FFG) museum in Amsterdam as the sustainability-focused organisation looks to spotlight the potential to close the loop on fashion.
