DUBLIN - Discount retailer Primark is working with UK waste charity WRAP in a bid to establish an industry-wide standard for fashion durability .

Primark is also working with environmental NGO Hubbub and the University of Leeds on research into the relationship between price, durability and consumer behaviour.

And the company is scaling up its free clothing repair workshops at stores across Europe, and launching an online hub of repair tutorials, following a 12-month pilot.
