WESTPORT – A US footwear brand has launched a new recycling project which turns unwanted shoes into yoga and changing mats.
Kane Footwear claims the recycling programme offered to buyers of its Revive slip-on shoes will keep about “five pounds of scrap out of the landfill” per mat.
