COO – Full Time, Remote position in USA / Sales Director – Full Time based in Europe
Nature Coatings Inc. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for full-time, remote employment in the USA. Our headquarters are located in Las Vegas, NV, our manufacturing is in southern Georgia and we have officers located in Europe. This position will be required to travel periodically to our facility in Georgia, across the US and potentially internationally.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sustainable innovation, is solution oriented, is eager to create effective operational and manufacturing strategies and understands the inherent nature of working at a startup.
The ideal COO has in-depth knowledge of and experience with manufacturing and operations in chemical industries in a variety of sectors, including textiles, paint and more (direct experience within pigments and/or the carbon black industry a plus), and excels at working quickly and efficiently. The candidate must have strong strategic skills with a track record of success of taking a manufacturing startup from 1 to 100. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and an ability to be hands-on with a multitude of tasks.
