Full Time Based in Europe
We are seeking a Director of Sales for full-time employment in Europe. Our headquarters are located in Los Angeles, California USA, our Chief Marketing Officer is located between the UK and Italy.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sustainable innovation, is solution oriented, is eager to create effective sales strategies and understands the inherent nature of working at a startup, and will eventually lead a team of driven sales representatives.
The ideal Director of Sales has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process of chemical industries in a variety of sectors, including textiles, paint and more (direct experience within pigments and/or the carbon black industry a plus), and excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The candidate must have strong negotiating skills with a track record of success, and can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate sales representatives to build and maintain a high-performing team.
