SAN FRANCISCO – Technology firm Bold Metrics has partnered with Pact apparel in the USA to use its artificial intelligence (AI) platform to lower average return rates and to help apparel brands meet sustainability targets.

The company says it’s now using AI technology to create a ‘digital twin of each shopper’ to enable Pact customers to quickly, and accurately, find their best size which in some cases has seen average return rate reductions drop by a third.
