MALMO - As online retailers fight back against excessive returns, Swedish fashion e-tailer has blocked 42,000 customers for returning too many items because of the cost and damage to the environment.

Boozt said the customers had been repeatedly exploiting the company's policy of offering free returns to send back items either because they did not fit or no longer wanted them.
