LOS ANGELES – Ambercycle, the US company that separates polyester-blended materials and chemically recycles them to yield virgin-grade product, has formed a new strategic partnership with Taiwan-based Shinkong Synthetic Fibers Corporation.
The two companies have worked together since 2021, to develop and manufacture filament yarns containing its ‘Cycora’-branded regenerated polyester, but the newly signed MoU aims to explore the construction and operation of a commercial-scale manufacturing facility.
Shinkong Synthetics Fibers Corporation (SSFC) is a leading global manufacturer of PET polymer materials and a core company of the Shin Kong Group, one of the largest business groups in Taiwan.
