AMSTERDAM - Digital fashion outlet Otrium has launched a garment refurbishment and repair programme for damaged returns following a successful pilot scheme run in collaboration with Bleckmann's Renewal Workshop.
While most of the returns that Otrium said it receives can be easily restored and put back on sale, in rare cases, returned items are damaged. The new scheme aims to reduce the number of these garments that might ultimately end up in landfills or destroyed.
