MANCHESTER - Fast fashion giant Boohoo has been accused of falling down on its promises to improve its treatment of the companies and workers who make its clothes following a BBC Panorama investigation.

Boohoo launched its 'Agenda for Change' programme, under retired judge Sir Brian Leveson, after an independent review by barrister Alison Levitt QC found significant ‘failings’ in Boohoo's UK supply chain.
