BERGAMO – Italian fibre and yarn manufacturer Radici has been honoured with an ISPO Textrends award for Biofeel Eleven, its new 100%, bio-based nylon.
Named in the prestigious ‘top 10’ in the ‘Fibres and Insulation’ category, Biofeel Eleven is produced from heranda, a type of inedible castor oil bean that is cultivated in India on semi-arid land that is not generally used for growing crops destined for human food production.
