BALTIMORE – Sportswear brand Under Armour has linked up with US specialty materials company Celanese Corporation to develop a more 'sustainable' alternative to elastane.

The new performance stretch fabric, called Neolast, claims to offer the performance of elastane - commonly called spandex - without the recycling challenges.
