ACCRA - The proportion of used clothing exported to Ghana which is of too low quality to have any resale value is substantially lower than has previously been claimed, according to new research.

The study, released by the Ghana Used Clothing Dealers Association (GUCDA), claims that less than 5% of the secondhand clothing imported into Ghana could be considered waste which cannot be resold.
