PHNOM PENH - Workers' rights campaigners in Cambodia who accused a factory watchdog of failing to protect garment workers are now reportedly under attack themselves from pro-government unions.

The Center for Alliance of Labor and Human Rights (CENTRAL) released the report earlier this month which questioned the effectiveness of the International Labour Organisation’s Better Factories Cambodia (ILO-BFC) programme.
