MINNEAPOLIS – US retailer Target is launching a scheme that allows customers to drop off used denim clothing in exchange for a 20% discount on new denim apparel.
The retailer says the event will run from 4-10 August in its almost 2,000 stores nationwide and is in response to growing consumer interest in sustainability in the garment industry.
