NEWARK, NJ – The Responsible Contracting Project (RCP) has published a policy briefing to help companies comply with the European Union’s (EU) new Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
The briefing focuses on commercial contracts with suppliers which it says are a key tool for companies to meet their human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) obligations.
