STOCKHOLM – Former H&M CEO Helena Helmersson has been appointed the new chairman of textile recycler Circulose, formerly Renewcell, while McKinsey & Co partner Jonatan Janmark has been named the new CEO.
Swedish private equity firm Altor took over Renewcell in June after the company was declared bankrupt in February after orders dried up and it failed to secure additional finance to continue its operations.
