Aditya Birla partners with GIZ on circularity drive

VARANASI – Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) and German development agency GIZ have come together to launch a new set of circularity guidelines for the Indian textile and apparel industry.

Entitled ‘Stitching the Circle: A Roadmap for Circular Textiles & Apparel in India’, the guidelines are said to provide a comprehensive framework for Indian textile businesses to shift from a linear to a circular economy model with a focus on advancing sustainability, reducing waste, and enhancing resource efficiency across the textile value chain.
