BRUSSELS - The RegioGreenTex project, which was set up to support innovation investments in small and medium-sized textile enterprises across 10 regional industry clusters in Europe, has developed an interactive platform designed to support collaboration between stakeholders across the waste management and textile sectors.
The ‘RegioGreenTex Digital Tool’, details of which can be found in the organisation’s latest report, aims to connect textile waste sources with appropriate recycling and reuse opportunities, taking into account regional specificities and existing circular value chains.
