Netherlands-based textile manufacturer Brightfiber Textiles has opened a new recycling facility producing fibres from post-consumer clothing waste.
Working with recycling specialist Wieland Textiles, the facility uses a near infrared (NIR) system to categorise textiles based on fibre composition and colour.
