Oeko-Tex and Spoor partner on leather traceability

Chemical management specialist Oeko-Tex has joined forces with traceability technology supplier Spoor to develop a new transparency platform for the leather sector.

Building on previous work together the partnership will employ a data-based, tracking approach that enables full traceability of leather products back from birth at individual animal farms, through the tanning process and on to the final product.
