Zero liquid discharge (ZLD) technology is claimed to recover 90-95% of wastewater for reuse at textile dye plant in Thailand

PRATTELN – Textile chemical company Archroma has partnered with wastewater treatment specialist Gradiant to implement zero liquid discharge (ZLD) technology at a textile dye plant in Thailand.

Archroma says the membrane- and oxidation-based ZLD solution, designed and built by Gradiant, enables the recovery of 90-95% of wastewater for reuse, and the extraction of valuable minerals for industrial applications.
