UKFT report highlights issues facing responsible sourcing

A new report examines social and ethical compliance practices within the UK fashion and textile sector

The UK Fashion and Textile Association (UKFT) has published a new report aimed at supporting responsible sourcing and reshoring efforts for the country’s fashion and textile industries.

The report, ‘Responsible UK Fashion and Textile Supply Chains’ was produced following consultations with brands, retailers and garment manufacturers with a view to  strengthening social and ethical compliance practices within the manufacturing sector and boosting domestic production.
