European Environmental Bureau claims European Commission’s ESPR plan does not live up to “hard won promises”

BRUSSELS - Environmental campaigners say the European Commission's first working plan for its Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) does not live up to expectations.

The European Environmental Bureau (EEB) claims the working plan, unveiled earlier this month by the commission, does not live up to "hard won promises" made about the legislation.
