Tangshan Sanyou starts-up test facility in latest step to advance circular MMCF production

The new line at Tangshan Sanyou

Chinese viscose supplier Tangshan Sanyou has opened a new test facility aimed at scaling up production of its ReVisco brand of man-made cellulosic fibres (MMCF).

The 10 tonne capacity pilot line will trial a solvent-based process that directly converts waste cotton textiles into high-quality viscose fibres for use in the company’s range of recycled products.
