Recover partners on recycled fibre traceability

Spanish materials science company Recover is partnering with traceability specialist TextileGenesis on a pilot programme to verify the supply chain integrity of its recycled materials.

The pilot, which is focusing on tracing recycled cotton and polycotton inputs from fibre production through to finished garments, will provide Recover’s brand partners with a verified digital chain of custody that will authenticate recycled content claims, integrate with physical tracer audits where relevant, and ensure visibility into supplier ESG credentials across the supply chain.
