Bluesign updates its chemical reference lists

ST GALLEN – The integration of new Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), the inclusion of substances newly classified under the EU’s CLP regulation, California Proposition 65 and closer alignment with other industry organisations are just some of the new updates found in Bluesign’s revised chemical reference lists.

The Swiss-based chemical management specialist says the updates to its Bluesign System Substances List (BSSL), Bluesign System Black Limits (BSBL), and the Bluesign Restricted Substances List (RSL) reflect its ongoing commitment to chemical safety, environmental protection, and industry alignment.
